  • Comparative educational assessment advice for overseas academic qualifications
  • Information on recognition processes
  • Occupational and labour market advice
  • Referral to appropriate:
  • professional/registration/licensing bodies
  • assessing authorities
  • employment related programs


How will OQS assist you?

 

  • Your qualifications will be compared to the academic standards in Australia
  • Assessments are conducted using the national guidelines set by AEI - NOOSR (Australian Education International - National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition)
  • Your comparative educational assessment can be used for employment or further study purposes

 

Who can use this service?

If you have qualifications gained overseas and have permission to work in South Australia

Making an appointment

  • You can make an appointment by telephoning during office hours

(9am – 5pm) from Monday to Friday

Documents you need to bring to your appointment:

  • Passport
  • Qualification/s- original or certified copies
  • Academic Record/s - original or certified copies  
  • Certified English translations of your Qualifications and Academic Records

(If the documents are translated in Australia, it is preferred that the translator is accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI)

  • Proof of name change (if applicable), for example, a marriage certificate or certified marriage certificate extract
